LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, JOHN S. YETTER, JR., of the Township of Monroe, County of Cumberland, and
th of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
King, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby
alnd making void all former wills and codicils by me at anytime heretofore made.
FI ST. I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my

SE OND. I give, and devise unto my son, namely, GARY J. YETTER, all of my real
estate situated in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known and numbered
as 813 Sht~ler Street (Mechanicsburg 17055), being improved with atwo-unit residential
structure, ~s more fully described in deed recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "R", Vohune 23, Page 130, in fee simple,
if he survives me, subject however, to his payment of all inheritance or other death related taxes
attributably to the subject matter of this devise.
T IRD. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue ;and remainder of my Estate, real,
personal a~d mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situated, in equal shares unto my two (2)
children, ni3rrtely, GARY J. YETTER and GAYLE L. SMITH, share and share alike, absolutely
and in fee dimple.
