01/18/2012 11:29 AM - Michelle Gutshall, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on
January 18, 2012 at 1124 hours, she served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the
defendant, to wit: Calvin Barnes, by making known unto Calvin Barnes, at 424 N West Street, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013 contents and at the same time handing to him personally the
said true and correct copy of the same. Upon serving the writ of execution, a levy was NOT completed -
defendant Barnes refused to allow the deputies to do a levy. Letter mailed to defendant 01-19-12;
attorney notified of levy refusal.
02/22/2012 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned as STAYED per request of plaintiffs attorney.
