ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this day of December, 2011, having received a
cert~cate of record pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. Section 907 and following a full review of
the file, the court deems it necessary and appropriate to hold a hearing on the issue of
the existence of a common law marriage, which is claimed to exist by Mari D. Jones
between her and the decedent. Therefore, the court schedules a hearing for the 30tH
day of January, 2012, at 10:30 a.m., in Courtroom Number 1, at which time the court will
receive evidence from the petitioner, Mari D. Jones, and any interested party. The
petitioner is directed to serve all of the decedent's next of kin with notice of said hearing
and to provide evidence of the same on or before the date for the hearing.
