Execution and Claim for Exemption Form to a person representing themselves to be KIRSTEN
GARWOOD-DAUGHTER, who accepted as "Adult Person in Charge" for the within named Defendant, to
wit: Richard Garwood at 23 Park Street, Mt. Holly Borough, Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065, informed
person of contents of same and levied upon personal property as directed.
The writ of execution and notice to defendant was mailed on January 10, 2012 to Richard Garwood at 23
Park Street, Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065.
