Dear Ms. Strasbaugh: `
I represent Ronald Swain, whose sister, Beverly E. Beers died intestate on October 18,
2011. Ron and his wife Joyce were POA's for Beverly and cared for her over the past
two to three years. Beverly was survived by one son and five grandchildren to another
deceased son.
It is the desire of five out of the six beneficiaries that Ron and Joyce be appointed
administrator of Beverly's estate. I have received renunciations from the surviving son
and four of the five grandchildren. The fifth grandchild is not willing to sign a
renunciation.
I am writing to determine whether you will issue letters of administration to the Swains
with only five of the six beneficiaries renouncing.
Please feel free to convey your response either in writing or by calling me.
