01/18/2012 02:55 PM - Michelle Gutshall, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on
January 18, 2012 at 1422 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the
defendant, to wit: Stanley Morris, by making known unto Stanley Morris, at 12 White Birch Avenue,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17050 its contents and at the same time handing to
him personally the said true and correct copy of the same. Upon serving the writ of execution, a levy was
completed. Postcard and copy of levy mailed to attorney and letter mailed to defendant on 01-19-12.
07/18/2012 10:25 AM - Deputy Amanda Cobaugh, being duly sworn according to law, states service was performed
by posting a true copy of the requested Real Estate Writ, Notice and Description, in the above titled
action, upon the property located at 12 White Birch Avenue, Silver Spring Township, Mechanicsburg, PA
17050, Cumberland County.

performed by posting a true copy of the requested Sheriffs Sale Bill, in the above titled action, upon the
property located at 12 White Birch Avenue, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, PA 17050.
07/20/2012 Property sale postponed at request of plaintiff.
07/24/2012 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned STAYED. Defendant entered into bankruptcy.
