Neihart, of 9 Shippensburg Mobile Estate, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding, do hereby declare this as and for my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills and codicils previously made by me. FIRST I direct the payment of my debts and expenses of my last illness and funeral from my estate as soon after my death as conveniently may be done. SECOND I direct that my remains be interred in my cemetery lot at George Washington Memorial Park in White Marsh, pennsyl vania. I authorize my personal representative to expend funds so that a suitable marker and appropriate inscription thereon shall be placed on my lot. THIRD I intend to maintain a list of personal property to be given to specific people. I direct that my personal property shall be distributed by my personal representative in accord with the most recent list appropriately identified in my papers. FOURTH I give, devise, and bequeath my twenty-two (22) rifle and my shot gun to my son, Jeffrey Neihart. FIFTH I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest of my tangible personal property to my daughter, Terry DiDomenico, and her husband, Steven DiDomenico or the survivor of them.
