7., VICTO L. WALLETT, residing in Hillsborough County,
Florida, by th's instrument revoke my former wills and codicils to
them and decla e this to be my Last Will and Testament.
ARTICLE I
I direct ray Personal Representative hereinafter named, to pay
all of my just ebts, if any, including the expenses incident to my
last illness, eath and burial, and administration expenses, in the
order and manner provided by law; however, this direction shall not
authorize the payment of any debt or obligation prior to its
maturity in d e course, nor, unless otherwise provided herein,
shall this direction authorize the payment of any debt or
obligation by t e sale of property exempt by law from the claims of
creditors.
ARTICLE II

he rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of
whatsoever the ame may consist, real, personal and mixed, tangible
and intangible, and wheresoever located, including any property
over which I o n or may possess a power of appointment, I give,
devise and bequ ath to my companion, BETTY H. LUCITO, in the event
she survives me by thirty ( 30 ) days ,

B. In th event my companion, BETTY H. LUCITO, does not
survive me by t irty (30) days, then, in that event, I give, devise
and bequeath m entire residuary estate to my son, DAVID H.
WALLETT.

bequeath my e tire residuary estate to my son, ROBERT M. WAT.T.A!TT.
ARTICLE III
I: hereby ominate and appoint my companion, BETTY H. LUCITO,
as Personal Re resentative of this, my Last Will and Testament,
without bond. In the event she has predeceased me or in the event
she fails to qualify or refuses to serve as such Personal
Representative then, in that event, I nominate and appoint my son,
DAVID H. WALLS T, as Alternate Personal Representative of this, my
Last Will and Testament, without bond.
In the event he has
predecf~ased me or in the event he fails to qualify or refuses to
serve as such Personal Representative, then, in that event, I
nominate and ppoint my son, ROBERT M. WALLETT, as Alternate
Personal Repre entative of this, my Last Will and Testament,
without: bond.
ARTICLE IV
I hereby uthorize and empower the Personal .Representative
named herein, i and whenever, in the settlement of my estate, as
he deems it a visable, at his discretion, to sell the whole or
part of my prop rty, real, personal or mixed, at public or private
sale, and to execute and deliver deeds, instruments of transfer or
any other writi gs necessary to pass the proper title thereto.
This power shall be deemed discretionary and not mandatory.
