AND NOW, this 7th day of December, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition for Probate and
Grant of Letters filed for litigation purposes only, by Donald E. Snoke, II, dated and filed on November
29, 2011, for the Estate of Carrie Snoke and the petitioner not being excused from posting a surety bond
under 20 Pa C.S. A. § 3174, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that Letters of Administration shall be
issued to Donald E. Snoke, II without posting bond at this time, however, the administrator shall not
receive funds in his capacity as personal representative of the Estate of Carrie Snoke as a result of any
litigation unless the Register of Wills of Cumberland County is advised of the amount of monies to
determine if a surety bond is warranted before the assets are received by the estate.
