DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 9th day of December, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of
Letters filed by Gregory M. Kerwin, for the above decedent and the instruments offered for
probate, the Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official
determination regarding those documents and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that:
1. The instrument, dated 11/9/10, is admitted to probate as the Last Will and
Testament of Daniel G. Coury.
2. The document, dated 2/14/11, including the modification in the second paragraph
changing the name " BLEZ" to "BLEY" and the handwritten interlineation
appearing under the second paragraph is admitted to probate as a Codicil to the
Last Will and Testament of Daniel G. Coury.
3. The holographic instrument, dated 3/17/11, is also admitted as a Codicil to The
Last Will and Testament of Daniel G. Coury.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Gregory M.
Kerwin, this date. Gregory M. Kerwin shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the
laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
