inventory represents its fair value as of the date of the decedent's death, and that Decedent owned no real estate outside of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania except that which appears in a memorandum at the end of this inventory.
I verify that the statements made in this Inven-
tory are true and correct. I understand that false state-
ments herein are made subject to the penalties of
18 Pa.C.S. § 4904 relating to unsworn falsification to
authorities.

Please fmd enclosed an original and two (2) copies of the First and Final Account for the Estate
of Rhea L. Ledebohm and an original and two (2) copies of the Inventory for the same Estate. Also
enclosed is a check in the amount of $495, which represents:
• $400 filing of the First and Final Accounting;
• $ 80 advertising costs; and
• $ 15 filing fee for the Inventory.
The gross value of the Estate is $7U7,564.85, the distribution amount to the beneficiaries is
$560,945:96 and a reserve of $20,000.00.
We ask that you time-stamp the copies enclosed and return them to our office in the enclosed
self-addressed stamped envelope.
