ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 9t" day of December, 2011, upon consideration of the petition for
appointment of a permanent guardian filed by the Cumberland/ferry Mental
Health/Mental Retardation Office on December 8, 2011, and after discussion with the
parties in open court, we find that it is in Justin Fisher's best interest to enter the
following order:
1. A hearing on the petition for appointment of a permanent guardian shall be
held on Thursday, December 29, 2011, at 8:45 a.m.
2. Pending said hearing, the court extends the appointment of the temporary
guardian ordered on November 23, 2011, for an additional twenty (20) days
with the proviso that Laurie Foose is substituted for Susan Carbaugh as the
temporary guardian.
3. The court finds that it is in the best interest of Justin Fisher in particular and
the fair administration of justice in general, that counsel be appointed for
Joseph Fisher, Justin's father. Therefore, we appoint Sean Shultz, Esquire,
to represent Joseph Fisher in this matter.
