Real Estate -All that certain piece or parcel of real estate having erected thereon a
dwelling house known and numbered as 4118 Rosemont Avenue, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania 17011. The property was acquired by Arthur P. Jones and Dorothy V.
Jones, his wife, by deed dated July 9, 1959 and recorded July 10,1959 in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book "G", Vol. 18, Page 114. A
copy of said deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The said Arthur P. Jones
died March 21,1977, whereupon full and complete title to the within described property
became vested solely in Dorothy V. Jones, the decedent herein. The above-described
real estate was sold pursuant to an Agreement of Sale for Real Estate dated December
1, 2011, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Final settlement
took place on December 6, 2011. A copy of the deed conveying said real estate, along
with a copy of the Settlement Sheet, are attached hereto and incorporated herein. The
sale price of the real estate was X120,000.00.
