Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue, through its
Office of Chief Counsel and by its Senior Counsel, Lora A.
Kulick, and respectfully avers the following:
1. On August 8, 2011, Judge Ebert issued an Order citing
Christopher J. Arrigo, Administrator of the Estate of Sandra K.
Romberger, deceased, to appear at a hearing to be held on
November 2, 2011.
2. Mr. Arrigo did not appear at the November 2°d hearing.
3. Judge Ebert then issued a second Order, on November 2,
2011, requiring Mr. Arrigo to file the Inheritance Tax Return for
the Estate of Sandra K. Romberger, deceased, within thirty days
of the entry of the Order.
4. The Commonwealth served the Order on the Respondent via
certified mail on November 4, 2011.
5. As of this date, he filed no Inheritance Tax Return.
WHEREFORE, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of
Revenue requests that this Court approve the attached proposed
ORDER and have it served on, and enforced against, Christopher J.
Arrigo.
