PROWELL, DECEASED NO 21-11-1325 DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS AND NOW, this 12th day of December, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters filed by Debra P. Diller, Pamela Rae Smak and Lisa P. Snyder, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament, which is dated December 13, 2001, and containing certain modifications thereon, the Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those modifications and renders the following decision: IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of Pearl M. Prowell as originally written. The handwritten interlineation appearing on the first page in ITEM III is not admitted to probate. IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Debra P. Diller, Pamela Rae Smak and Lisa P. Snyder this date. Debra P. Diller, Pamela Rae Smak and Lisa P. Snyder shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
