I, CHARLOTTE A. VACONDIOS, of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylva-
nia, decla~`e this to be my Last Will and Testament, and revoke any and all Wills and Codicils
previously) made by me.
1: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my
and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon
as practicable after my decease, as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
IT M II: All federal, state and other death taxes payable because of my
death witf~ respect to the property forming my gross estate for tax purposes, whether or not
passing udder this Will, including any interest or penalty imposed in connection with such tax,
shall be considered a part of the expense of the administration of my estate and shall be paid
out of the residue of my estate, without apportionment or right of reimbursement.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
my Estate' of every nature and wheresoever situate to be divided equally between my friends,
VALERIE NICHOLSON of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania and CLARENCE NICHOLSON of Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania, on the condition that the beneficiary survive me by thirty days.
In the event either person named in Item III fails to survive me by
thirty day, then I give, devise and bequeath the deceased beneficiary's one-half share to my
friend, KAREN WALKER of Etters, Pennsylvania.
ITEM V: I appoint my friend, CLARENCE NICHOLSON to serve as
Executor ~f this my Last Will and Testament. In the event my friend, CLARENCE NICHOLSON
predecea es me or is unable to serve in the capacity as Executor, I then appoint my friend,
KAREN ALKER to serve as Executrix.
EM VI: I direct that no Executor or Executrix be required to post bond or

EING the same premises which Joseph W. Sheva and Edith M. Sheva, husband
and wife, by their Deed dated April 27, 1990 and recorded May 3, 1990 in Cumberland
County D ed Book N 34, Page 949, granted and conveyed title unto Zelma M. Freedman and
Shirley L. reedman, Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship. The said Zelma M. Freedman
died inte tate on April 18, 1995, whereby title vested solely in the name of Shirley L.
Freedma .The said Shirley L. Freedman died testate on May 13, 2005 and Charlotte A.
Vacondio was appointed Executrix for the Estate, docketed to No. 2005-00585 by the
Register f Wills of Cumberland County.
T IS transfer is one-fifth tax exempt because the transfer is being made in
complian a with the Will of Shirley L. Friedman, deceased and the Grantee is one of five
living ben ficiaries identified in the Decedent's Will.
T IS transfer is also being made to extinguish the life estate previously devised by
the Will f Shirley L. Freedman to Charlotte A. Vacondios who, by Family Settlement
Agreeme t with the other four living beneficiaries, have decided to transfer fee simple title
to Charlo e A. Vacondios.
TOGETHER with all and singular, the buildings, improvements, ways, streets, alleys, passages,
waters, water-cou~ses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever, thereunto
belonging or in an~ wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of her, the said Shirley L.
Freedman, at and immediately before the time of her decease, in law, equity, or otherwise howsoever, of, in,
to or out of the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said lot or piece of ground above described, with the buildings and
improvements the~eon erected, hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intended so
to be, with the ap urtenances, unto the said Grantee, her heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use
and behoof of the aid Grantee, her heirs and assigns, forever.
AND, the aid Grantor, does covenant, promise and agree to and with the said Grantee, her heirs and
assigns, that they, Ithe said Grantor, has not heretofore done, committed or knowingly or willingly suffered to
be done or commuted any act, matter or thing whatsoever whereby the premises hereby granted, or any part
hereof, is, are, sh~ll or may be impeached, charged, or encumbered in title, charge, estate of otherwise
howsoever.
