Hoffman 35 Chelsea Lane Carlisle PA 17013 Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a Dickinson Township, Cumbeyland County, PA, being Lot #28 of King Gap as recorded in Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 64 Page 48 and having an address of 67 Chelsea Lane, Carlisle, PA 17013 September 2004 ,hereinnfterreferredtoas dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in ~f/IT]VESS our hands and seals this tn ~ ~r~emce af NO IP' THEREFOR.E, THIS .4 GREEMENT ¢f"ITNESSETH: That the said ,Contractor, for and in conzideration of the sum of ($~.O0) Dollar to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof i~ hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned ia the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any' of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildinge on the lot above described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressl~y waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of Ilea, shall be an independent covenant. dayof September , 200/4 Hoffman' s f~ust, om~'ontracting, Inc.
