building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly' waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the Township of

fully.bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the westerly right-of-way line of Inverness
Drive, Twenty-five Feet (25') from the centerline of the same arid being a front
property corner of Lot 32;

(N64°D0'O7"W) a distance of 133.62 feet to a point, said point being a comer of
