Petitioners' request for pproval of a minor's settlement, it is hereby ORDERED and
DECREED that Plaintiffs are authorized to settle the claim of Sarah Horwhat for the total
amount of $28,018.00, a d to execute the Release of the Defendants.
Upon receipt of t e Release Erie Insurance Company shall iss ue a check in the
amount of $7,000.00 pa able to Wix, Wenger & Weidner for attorneys' fees and costs.
