OF COMMON LAW MARRIAGE
We, Linwood Richardson, Jr. and Tonia M. Richardson, the undersigned do
hereby: affirm that we have expressly agreed to and entered into a common law
marriage on July 18, 1986.
Pursuant to this common law marriage, we establish the relationship of husband
and wife.
