I, WILLIAM G. MILLER, of Newville, Cumberland County, Penns Ivania ~~~ ~ J ~

being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and
declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any
and all former Wills, Codicils, or writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST: I hereby order and direct my Executrix or Executor,
hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses
and all Inheritance, Estate, Transfer and .Succession Taxes, as soon as may be
conveniently done after my death, out of my residuary estate.
SECOND: I give twenty thousand ($20,000.00) dollars each to my four
grandchildren, DAVID, DONA LU, DEBRA AND DARREN, and should any of them fail to
survive me, I gave the grandchild's share to his or her issue.
THIRD: I give all the rest, residue and reminder of my estate; to my
daughter, DONNA L. HOCKENBERRY, of Newville, Pennsylvania, provided that she
survives me by thirty (30) days. Should my daughter, DONNA L. HOCKENBERRY, fail to
survive me by thirty (30) days, I gave all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate in
equal shares to her husband, DAVID HOCKENBERRY and her four children, DAVID,
DONA LU, DEBRA AND DARREN. Should any of my grandchildren fail to survive me, I
give the share which said grandchild would have received to any issue of said grandchild.
LASTLY: I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, DONNA L.
HOCKENBERRY, to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and -I estament. In the event
that my said daughter, shall be unable to serve as Executrix for any reason, I appoint, m

grandson DAVID HOCKENBERRY, as Executor. No Executrix or Executor shall be
required to file bond in this or any other jurisdiction.
