Dear Sits,
Enclosedd is a copy of the written request to the executor of the estate of Rob
I-aPorte~ asking them to file their inventory. Also enclosed is documentation ert J.
showings that this was sent to the executor via certified mail on November 17
2011, that it was unclaimed, and returned to me. Also enclosed are th
e
direction from the executor's address to the post office, showing it to be less
than a fide minute trip. Not only is it a trivial distance to the post office, but the
are two ether adults residing with the executor, that could have been assi ned a
an agentto pick up the certified mail. 9 s

by regular first class mail, certified mail, and a-mail. if this is not sufficien for
