captioned matter upon application by the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania to show cause why the inheritance tax return had not
been filed; and further that the Court issued an Order directing
the filing of the inheritance tax return upon the Motion of
Lora A. Kulick, Senior Counsel for the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, a rule is hereby issued upon Christopher J. Arrigo
to Show Cause Why he should not be held in Civil Contempt of this
Court and fined for failure to comply with previous Orders
