AND APPOINTMENT OF A GUARDIAN
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 21st day of December, 2011, upon
consideration of the petition to adjudicate Arlene K. Armolt an
incompetent incapacitated person and appoint a guardian, we find
that Ms. Armolt is unable to manage her financial affairs and, in
particular, is unable to communicate and to make responsible
decisions regarding both her financial affairs and her health,
welfare and safety, we, therefore, find that she is incapable of
providing for herself, and that there is no less restrictive
alternative to the appointment of a guardian, therefore, we
adjudicate her incompetent and grant the relief requested and
appoint Ronald E. Armolt, Sr., as the plenary guardian for Arlene
K. Armolt.
