AND NOW, this 21st day of December, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of
Letters filed by Dale Wolgemuth a.k.a O. Dale Wolgemuth for the Estate of Isaiah B. Harley,
deceased, and the document offer for probate, IT IS DECREED that the document dated March 2,
2000, is admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of Isaiah B. Harley without granting any
recognition or validity to the referenced amendment as Dale Wolgemuth a.k.a. O. Dale Wolgemuth was
unable to present such amendment at the time of filing.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Dale Wolgemuth.
Dale Wolgemuth shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and
shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
