AND NOW, this 22°d day of December, 2011, upon consideration of the
objections filed to the auditor's report in the above-captioned case and of a new issue
regarding counsel fees that has recently been referred to the auditor for a report and
recommendation, and with the concurrence of counsel received at a telephone conference
with the undersigned judge on December 20, 2011, further action by the court is deferred
pending its receipt of an auditor's report and recommendation on the issue of attorney's
fees (and any objections or exceptions to the same), so that contested recommendations
of the auditor on matters referred to him can be dealt with by the court on a consolidated
basis.
AT SUCH TIME as is consistent with this order, counsel are requested to motion
the Honorable Albert H. Masland for an argument and briefing schedule on the issues for
the court's disposition.
