$7,165.54, is set apart and awarded under the Provisions of section 3102 of the Probate, Estates
and Fiduciaries Code as follows:
Judith K. Clark, surviving niece, 40% (forty percent);
Susan D. Dietrich, surviving niece, 40% (forty percent);
Jyl F. Myers, surviving niece, 20% (twenty percent);
Petitioner, Susan D. Dietrich, is authorized to execute the necessary receipts therefore on
behalf of the estate.
