WHEREAS, the Dillsburg Area Authority on the 24`'' day of May 2010, filed its claim in
our Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania at 10-03430 MLD, for the
sum of TWO THOUSAND FIFTY DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-NINE CENTS ($2,050.79) with
interest from December 1, 2011, for sewer and water rentals, against the following property
situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known and municipally
numbered as 107 Fairway Drive, Mechanicsburg, owned or reputed to be owned by you;
AND WHEREAS, it is understood that the claim is still due and unpaid, and remains a

lien against the property;
NOW, YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED to file your affidavit of defense to said claim, if
defense you have thereto, in the Office of the Prothonotary of our court, within fifteen (15)
days after the service of this Writ upon you. If no affidavit of defense is filed within said time,
judgment may be entered against you for the whole claim, and the property described in the
claim will be sold to recover the amount thereof.
