MINOR'S ACTION
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 0 day of April, 2012, upon consideration of the foregoing
Petition, and upon consideration that the parents of the minor belive said settlement to be
in the best interest of the minor, it is hereby ordered that the disbursement of funds is
approved as set forth in said Petition and shall be disbursed in accordance with the terms
and conditions of the settlement agreement as follows:
a. Direct payment of $405.98 to Handler, Henning & Rosenberg, LLP,
representing reasonable attorney's fees of $250.00 and $155.98 for
reimbursement of costs;
b. Direct payment of the balance of $594.02 to be placed into a restricted,
interest-bearing account in the name of the minor, Ellie Williams. No
withdrawal can be made from any such account until the minor attains majority
age of 18 and in no case earlier than May 2, 2020; and
c. Proof of deposit shall be promptly filed of record, but no later than 60 days
from the date of this Order.
