FRIDINGER, DECEASED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that whereas Betty V. Fridinger, late of Hopewell Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died on December 21, 2010, testate, survived by the following heirs, Linda K. Keck and Sam Hawkins, WHERES, letters testamentary in the Estate of Betty V. Fridinger, were issued by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on December 28, 2010, to Linda K. Keck; and, WHEREAS, the assets, consisting of personal property, coming into the hands of the Executrix, and property and monies received since the date of death of said decedent, amount to $167,311.82, and the debts and expenses paid total $45,806.59, and the distributions of principal to the beneficiary totals $10,675.00, leaving a balance for distribution in the amount of $110,830.23, all of which is more fully set forth in the Statement of Receipts and Disbursements of said Executrix attached hereto. NOW, THEREFORE, we, Linda K. Keck and Sam Hawkins, do hereby acknowledge that we have had and received from Linda K. Keck, Executrix as aforesaid, in full satisfaction and payment of all shaze or shares to which we aze entitled from the Estate of Betty V. Fridinger, deceased, the property andlor monies set forth in the Distributions of Principal to Beneficiaries and Proposed Distributions to Beneficiaries attached hereto and made a pazt thereof, AND we do hereby stipulate that, in order to avoid,the expense and time involved in the filing of a formal Account and Schedule of Distribution, no Account is necessary and we do hereby agree that we do so consent to distribution being made without the filing of such Account and Schedule, with the same force and effect as if it had been filed and confirmed by the Court of Common Pleas of the 9~' Judicial District, Pennsylvania, Cumberland County Branch, Orphans' Court Division, THEREFORE, we do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever dischazge the said Linda K. Keck, Executrix as aforesaid, her heirs, executors, and - - - - - administrators, of and from the said estate and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason BLACK thereof, or of any other use, matter, cause, or thing whatsoever. We do further AND hereby agree to indemnify and hold hazmless Linda K. Keck, Executrix, and her DAVISON heirs, personal representatives, successors, or assigns from and against any and all ATTORNEYS AT LAW claims, losses, liabilities, and damages which she may suffer or to which she may be subjected by reason of his administration of the Estate of Betty V. Keck, Executrix, to pay any further expenses of or claims against the Estate, whether for taxes or otherwise, the Beneficiaries shall be liable therefore, and they shall refund to the Executrix to the extent of distributions received, in pro rata shares, the amounts necessary to enable the Executrix to make such payments, and they shall further refund any portion of the distributions to which they are not properly entitled, even, if distributed through t'~gligence.
