1, Thomas P. Noonan, of 331 Stumpstown Road, Mechanicsburg,, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, by written Last WiI1 and Testament of Robert J. Noonan
executed on April 25, Zf103 {the "Will"), was appointed Trustee of a Trust created by the
Testator for any beneficiaries under the age of twenty-four {24) as set forth as more fully
appears at Paragraph 5 to the Will, which was recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on September 28, 2fX?8.
NOTICE IS NOW GIVEN, that 1, Thomas P. Noonan, by this instrument,
effective immediately, hereby renounce the Trusteeship and respectfully request that
jalayne Noonan, as the Alternate Trustee under the terms of the Will, serve as the
Trustee.
