ASSUMPTION OF TRUSTEESHIP
I, Jalayne Noonan, of 3503133 Way, Urbandale, Iowa, by written Last Will and
Testament of Robert J. Noonan executed on Apri125, 2003 (the "Will"), was appointed
AlternateTrustee of a Trust created by the Testator for any beneficiaries under the age of
twenty-four (24) as set forth as more fully appears at Paragraph 5 to the Will, which was
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, on September 28, 2008. Contemporaneously herewith, Thomas P.
Noonan has renunciated his role as Trustee under the Will.
NOTICE IS NOW GIVEN, that I, Jalayne Noonan, by this instrument, effective
immediately, hereby accept the Trusteeship as the Alternate Trustee under the terms of
the Will, and agree to serve as the Trustee thereunder.
