and inquiry for the within named defendant, to wit: Thomas William Smith, but was unable to locate him in
his bailiwick. He therefore deputized the Sheriff of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania to serve the within
Notice of Intent to Attach Wages according to law.
02/17/2012 Dauphin County Return: And now, February 17, 2012 I, Jack Lotwick, Sheriff of Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania, do hereby certify and return, that I made diligent search and inquiry for Thomas William
Smith the defendant named in the within Notice of Intent to Attach and that I am unable to find him in the
County of Dauphin and therefore return same NOT FOUND. Request for service at 215 S. Front Street,
Steelton, Pennsylvania 17113 the Defendant was not found. Deputies were advised, Thomas William
Smith no longer works for Progress Rail Services.
