Dear Sir or Madam:
This is in response to your request for an extension of time to file the Inheritance Tax Return for
the above estate.
In accordance with Section 2136 (d) of the Il~heritance and Estate Tax Act of 1995, the time for
filing the return is extended for an additional period of six months. This extension will avoid the
imposition of a penalty for failure to make a timely return. However, it does not prevent interest
from accruing on any tax remaining unpaid after the .delinquent date.
The return must be filed with the Register of Wills on or before 05/28/11. Because Section 2136
(d) of the .1995 Act allows for only one extra period of six (6) months, no additional extension(s)
will be granted that would exceed the maximum time permitted.
We now offer you the option to request your extension request via a-mail. Please use the

referred to as "Seller", and KENNETH F. BURKET, of 114 Quince Court,
Hollidaysburg, Blair County, PA, hereinafter referredto as "Buyer.
In consideration of the mutual .covenants and promises herein contained and the
consideration set forth, the parties do hereby agree. as follows:

That the Setter agrees to sell and. convey to the said Buyer, who agrees to
purchase, premises situate in the Township of Frankstown, Blair County, Pennsylvania,
being vacant ground cansis#ing of approximately 222 acres and bearing 13IairCounty
Tax-Map Na. 8-5-10. A copy of the Tax Map showingthe same is attached hereto. and
made-a part hereof.

That the Buyer shalt pay to Seller in consideration for this. sale, the sum of:NINE
HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND AND QO/100 ($960,000.00) DOLLARS, payable as ,

payment due at the execution of this Agreement and the balance of NINE HUNDRED

The reaLestate taxes shall be pro rated as of date of closing. Frankstown .
Township itself as a Township does not have real estate taxes; however, the County
taxes shat! be prorated on the calendar year and the..School realestate taxes shall be
pro rated on a fiscal basis.
