hereby acknowledge receipt from Kelley A. Quain Troia and Michael Quain, Co-Executors of
the Estate of Nancy Q. Grim, deceased (the "Co-Executors"), of the following:
(1) One-half of the tangible personal property owned by Nancy Q. Grim in full and
complete satisfaction of the bequest under ITEM 1 of Decedent's Will; and
(2) Cash in the sum of One Hundred Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($112,500.00), in partial satisfaction of the bequest of residue under ITEM 3 of
Decedent's Will.
IN CONSIDERATION of said distribution and payment, the undersigned does
hereby release, remise, quit claim and forever discharge the said Estate and the Co-Executors, their
heirs, personal representatives, agents and assigns, of and from all actions, suits, payments,
accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof.
AND the undersigned does hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless the said
Co-Executors and the Estate, their heirs, personal representatives, agents and assigns, to the extent
of said distribution and payment, against any and all loss, damage, costs, verdicts, judgments,
awards and expenses which said Co-Executors or the Estate may suffer, incur, be put to, pay or lay
out by reason of having made distribution and payment on account of said bequest to the

undersigned, and the undersigned agree to return said bequest and distributed assets to the Co-
Executors upon receipt of such a request from the Co-Executors.
It is the intention of the undersigned to be legally bound by this instrument.
