SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
02/02/2012 01:33 PM - Sheriff Ronny R Anderson, being duly sworn according to law, states he made diligent search
and inquiry for the within named Defendant to wit: Secure Construction Services, but was unable to locate
the Defendant in his bailiwick. The Sheriff therefore returns the within requested Levy as "Not Served" at
5231 Simpson Ferry Road, Hampden Township, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.
02/09/2012 Robert Sheely, owner of Secure Construction Services, came to the Sheriffs Office and was personally
served with a copy of the levy by Deputy Vioral. Mr. Sheely provided a current address of 5625 Hillside
Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. Arrangements were made for a levy to be done.
A levy was completed on 02-13-12 by Deputies William Cline and Amanda Cobaugh.
03/19/2012 11:39 AM - Deputy Amanda Cobaugh, being duly sworn according to law, states service was performed
by posting a true copy of the requested Sheriffs Sale Bill, in the above titled action, upon the property
located at 5625 Hillside Lane, Hampden Township, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, Cumberland County.
04/02/2012 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, says that due and legal notice having
been given according to law, he sold the personal property of Secure Construction Services for the sum of
$ 1.00, to Jeremiah L. Gibson, it being the highest bid and price quoted for the same. Date and Time of
sale: Monday, April 2, 2012 at 3:00 PM, at 5625 Hillside Lane, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, PA
17050.
04/24/2012 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned STAYED.
