AND NOW, this 13th day of January, 2012, upon consideration of the documents, dated December
20, 1977 and March 29, 1999, submitted by Suzanne L. Miller and Bradley S. Reed, IT IS DECREED
that the document dated December 20, 1977, is admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of
Curtis G. Reed.
It is FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Suzanne L. Miller
and Bradley S. Reed. They shall have all the rights and duties of fiduciaries under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
