ORDER
This matter having come before the Court on the application of James D. Greco, Esquire, for
an Order authorizing the issuance of a subpoena to Ms. Anita Ward, and it appearing that the
Superior Court of New Jersey- Law Division Monmouth County has issued a Commission in a
pending case captioned Nancy HubM, Michael Hubay v. Harvy Surgical Supply Corp.; Carlton
Surgical Supply; Lofstrand Cane & Crutch Company; "ABC Corporation 1-10"; and John Does I-
IV (said names being ficticious), bearing docket number No. L-646-10, authorizing James D.
Greco, Esquire to issue a Subpoena Ad Testificandum to Ms. Anita Ward.
IT IS on this rJ4* day of 2012, ORDERED that a subpoena may issue
commanding Ms. Anita Ward appear on January 31, 2011 at 2:00 p.m at Rite Aid Corporation, 30
Hunter Lane, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on the behalf of Harvy Surgical Supply
Corporation, to give oral testimony under oath in the above-captioned matter.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that personal service of a copy of this Order and the
respective Subpoena shall be made upon each Respondent on or before the a'' day of
2012; and it is further,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that a copy of this Order and the Subpoena will be mailed
or faxed to all attorneys in the out-of-state action on or before the above date.
