DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST
PURSUANT TO 20 PA. C.S.A. X6202
Russell E. Reese, Administrator of the estate of Rudy E. Reese, deceased, hereby states as
follows:
1. Rudy E. Reese died on October 18, 2007, leaving no Will. A Petition to probate by the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and Letters of Administration thereon
were granted to Russell E. Reese on January 4, 2008.
BENEFICIARIES:
2. Cindy L. Thompson, Russell E. Reese, Steven L. Reese, James P. Reese and John D.
Reese (hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary Children") who survived him are entitled under the
intestacy laws in accordance with 20 Pa. C.S.A. §6201 to tangible personalty. The property in
interest is more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
DISCLAIMANTS:
3. Cindy L. Thompson, Steven L. Reese, James P. Reese, Russell E. Reese and John D.
Reese did not accept any benefits from Rudy E. Reese's estate relating to the real estate as more
fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, whether by income distribution or principal
distribution, did not exercise control of the real estate as a beneficial owner thereof, and now,
Cindy L. Thompson, Steven L. Reese, James P. Reese, Russell E. Reese and John D. Reese, under
the intestacy laws in accordance with 20 Pa. C.S.A. §6201 hereby irrevocably refuses receipt of
the entire benefits therefrom that are being disclaimed in this document.
4. The interest in the aforemention real estate as more fully described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, now passes to Janet M. Reese, former spouse of the decedent Rudy E. Reese.
5. Russell E. Reese, Administrator of the Estate of Rudy E. Reese, Deceased, intends to
deliver this disclaimer and if necessary, to file it with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of
the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, pursuant to 20 Pa. Cons. Stat.
Ann. §6204.

Real Estate located at 927 Nixon Drive, Monroe Township, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more fully described as follows:

ALL THAT CERTAIN house and lot of ground situate in the Township of Monroe,
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of a fifty (50) feet wide right-of--way on the plan
of lands of Helen Myers in Monroe Township, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in
and for said County of Cumberland in Plan Book 3, Page 80, and now known as Nixon Drive, at
corner of lands now or formerly of Vernon E. Hurley, said point being 1171.37 feet, measured
Westwardly along the center line of said right-of--way, now known as Nixon Drive, from the
Western line of the Williams Grove Road (now known as Sinclair Drive); thence along said lands
of Hurley, South 07 degrees 45 minutes East, 439.0 feet, more or less, to the line of lands of the
Sinclair Oil Company; thence along said lands, South 65 degrees 30 minutes West, 85.0 feet to the
line of lands now or formerly of Helen Myers; thence by said lands, North 07 degrees 45 minutes
West, 430.0 feet, more or less, to a point in the center line of said fifty (50) feet wide right-of--way,
now known as Nixon Drive, aforesaid; thence by said center line, North 67 degrees 45 minutes
East, 85.0 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
HAVING thereon erected a one and one-half story frame dwelling house with attached
garage, known and numbered as 927 Nixon Drive (formerly known as 925 Nixon Drive),
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Russell O. Reese and Evelyn I. Reese, his wife, by their
Deed dated June 21, 1977, and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Deed
Book "G" 27, Page 167, granted and conveyed unto Rudy E. Reese and Janet M. Reese, his wife.
The said Rudy E. Reese and Janet M. Reese were divorced on December 7, 1989. Rudy E. Reese
died intestate on October 18, 2007. Letters of Administration were granted in Cumberland
County Pennsylvania, on January 4, 2008, Estate No. 2008-00016, to Russell E. Reese,
Administrator, Grantor herein.
