LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, DONALD F. HULL, of 215 South Queen Street, Shippensburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and disposition,
do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real, personal and mixed,
whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to my beloved wife, DOROTHY H. HULL,
absolutely.
THIRD. In the event that my said wife, DOROTHY H. HULL, predeceases me or
is not living on the 60th day following my death, I then give, devise and
bequeath my entire estate as follows:
(A) I give, devise and bequeath the home residence known as 215
South Queen Street and located in the Borough of Shippensburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to my son, IRVIN S. HULL,
absolutely.
(B) I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest and residue of my
estate of every nature and kind whatsoever and wheresoever
situate to my children, IRVIN S. HULL, LOIS H. THORNE, and
DONALD F. HULL, JR., in equal shares, on a per stirpes
distribution basis.
FOURTH. I direct that all federal, state, and any other death taxes payable
because of my death, with respect to the property forming my gross estate
for tax purposes, whether or not passing under this Will, including any
interest or penalty imposed in connection with such tax, shall be considered
a part of the expense of the administration of my estate and shall be paid
out of the residuary estate created in Paragraph 3(B) of this my Last Will
and Testament without apportionment or right of reimbursement.

Donald F. Hull (hereinafter referred to as Decedent) died testate, a resident of the
Borough of Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on December 28,
2002. A death certificate evidencing the date of death is attached hereto, made a
part hereof, and marked Petitioner's Exhibit "1 ."
The Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, dated July 22, 1977, with no
known codicils, a copy of which is attached and the original of which has been
presented for probate in the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland
County, names the Decedent's wife, Dorothy H. Hull, the Executrix. A copy of
Decedent's Last Will and Testament is attached hereto, made a part hereof, and
marked Petitioner's Exhibit "2."
Dorothy H. Hull died August 2, 1989. An original Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania death certificate evidencing the date of passing of the said
Dorothy H. Hull shall be filed with the Register of Wills of Cumberland County
subsequent hereto.
The Last Will and Testament names Irvin S. Hull as the succeeding Executor.
The current residence and whereabouts of the said Irvin S. Hull are unknown.
Irvin 'S. Hull's last known residence and mailing address is 215 South Queen
Street, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17257.
Mr. Irvin S. Hull originally contacted the law offices of Weigle & Associates,
P.C., to settle the Decedent's estate in early January 2003.

The last contact said law office had with Irvin S. Hull was on January 13, 2003,
during a visit to the Allfirst Bank, East King Street Office, Shippensburg,
Pennsylvania, to locate the original Will.
Attempts by family, the Shippensburg Police Department, and Weigle &
Associates, P.C., to locate Irvin S. Hull have been unsuccessful.
A letter, dated April 3, 2003, sent by Attorney Jerry A. Weigle to Irvin S. Hull's
last known mailing address of 215 South Queen Street, Shippensburg,
Pennsylvania 17257, explaining Mr. Hull's responsibilities under the Will has
gone unanswered.
10. Decedent's estate consists of certain real and personal property.

Irvin S. Hull, the succeeding Executor nominated in the Decedent's Will, has
failed to qualify as Executor.
12.
Pursuant to 20 Pa C.S.A. §3158, when there is a Will but no executor qualifies,
Letters of Administration C.T.A. may be granted to the person or persons
entitled thereto.
13.
Pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.A. §3155(b)(1) and (6), your Petitioner has been
nominated by the residuary beneficiaries under the Will to administer the estate
of the Decedent.

The residuary beneficiaries named in the Decedent's Will are Irvin S. Hull, Lois
H. Thorne, and Donald F. Hull, Jr.
15.
Donald F. Hull, Jr., died April 13, 1955, survived by the following heirs:
Donald F. Hull, III, M.D.; James A. Hull; Mary Elizabeth Davis; and
Joan S. Hull.

The original renunciations and nominations of said residuary beneficiaries, except
Irvin S. Hull, have been filed with the Register of Wills of Cumberland County.
Copies of said documents are attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked
Petitioner's Exhibits "3" through "7."

Your Petitioner, Orrstown Bank, is a duly authorized corporate fiduciary
organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with principal
business location at 77 East King Street, Shippensburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17257.

Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and disposition,
do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST... I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real, personal and mixed,
whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to my beloved wife, DOROTHY H. HULL,
absolutely.
THIRD. In the event that my said wife, DOROTHY H. HULL, predeceases me or
is not living on the 60th day following my death, I then give, devise and
bequeath my entire estate as follows:
(A) I give, devise and bequeath the home residence known as 215
South Queen Street and located in the Borough of Shippensburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to my son, IRVIN 'S. HULL,
absolutely.
(B) I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest and residue of my
estate of every nature and kind whatsoever and wheresoever
situate to my children, IRVIN S. HULL, LOIS H. THORNE, and
DONALD F. HULL, JR., in equal shares, on a per stirpes
distribution basis.
FOURTH. I direct that all federal, state, and any other death taxes payable
because of my death, with resPect to the property forming my gross estate
for tax purposes, whether or not passing under this Will, including any
interest or penalty imposed in connection with such tax, shall be considered
a part of the expense of the administration of my estate and shall be paid
out of the residuary estate created in Paragraph 3(B) of this my Last Will
and Testament without apportionment or right of reimbursement.

Donald F. Hull (hereinafter referred to as Decedent) died testate, a resident of the
Borough of Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on December 28,
2002. A death certificate evidencing the date of death is attached hereto, made a
part hereof, and marked Petitioner's Exhibit "1 ."

The Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, dated July 22, 1977, with no
known codicils, a copy of which is attached and the original of which has been
presented for probate in the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland
County, names the Decedent's wife, Dorothy H. Hull, the Executrix. A copy of
Decedent's Last Will and Testament is attached hereto, made a part hereof, and
marked Petitioner's Exhibit "2."
Dorothy H. Hull died August 2, 1989. An original Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania death certificate evidencing the date of passing of the said
Dorothy H. Hull shall be filed with the Register of Wills of Cumberland County
subsequent hereto.
The Last Will and Testament names Irvin S. Hull as the succeeding Executor.
The current residence and whereabouts of the said Irvin S. Hull are unknown.
Irvin S. Hull's last known residence and mailing address is 215 South Queen
Street, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17257.
Mr. Irvin S. Hull originally contacted the law offices of Weigle & Associates,
P.C., to settle the Decedent's estate in early January 2003.

The last contact said law office had with Irvin S. Hull was on January 13, 2003,
during a visit to the Allfirst Bank, East King Street Office, Shippensburg,
Pennsylvania, to locate the original Will.
Attempts by family, the Shippensburg Police Department, and Weigle &
Associates, P.C., to locate Irvin S. Hull have been unsuccessful.
A letter, dated April 3, 2003, sent by Attorney Jerry A. Weigle to Irvin S. Hull's
last known mailing address of 215 South Queen Street, Shippensburg,
Pennsylvania 17257, explaining Mr. Hull's responsibilities under the Will has
gone unanswered.
Decedent's estate consists of certain real and personal property.
Irvin S. Hull, the succeeding Executor nominated in the Decedent's Will, has
failed to qualify as Executor.
Pursuant to 20 Pa C.S.A. §3158, when there is a Will but no executor qualifies,
Letters of Administration C.T.A. may be granted to the person or persons
entitled thereto.
Pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.A. §3155(b)(1) and (6), your Petitioner has been
nominated by the residuary beneficiaries under the Will to administer the estate
of the Decedent.
The residuary beneficiaries named in the Decedent's Will are Irvin S. Hull, Lois
H. Thorne, and Donald F. Hull, Jr.
Donald F. Hull, Jr., died April 13, 1955, survived by the following heirs:
Donald F. Hull, III, M.D.; James A. Hull; Mary Elizabeth Davis; and
Joan S. Hull.
The original renunciations and nominations of said residuary beneficiaries, except
Irvin S. Hull, have been filed with the Register of Wills of Cumberland County.
Copies of said documents are attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked
Petitioner's Exhibits "3" through "7."

organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with principal
