exhibits, the Petition is GRANTED; the resignations of Frederick Huganir, John Huganir, and Peter
Huganir as co-Trustees are approved; they are discharged as Trustees of and are forever released
from liability with respect to the William L. Huganir Charitable Remainder Unitrust, and
Swarthmore College is hereby appointed as Successor Trustee for the William L. Huganir Charitable
Remainder Unitrust effective January 1, 2012, without bond.
