AND NOW comes the defendant, WILLIAM H. GOODLING CONSTRUCTION and
WILLIAM H. GOODLING, by and through their attorneys, Stone LaFaver &
Shekletski, and sets forth the following answer to plaintiff's
complaint.

3. Den!-ed. It is denied that William H. Goodling Construction
maintains a place of business at 503 Williams Grove Road, Mechanicsburg,
PA.
4. Admitted and denied. It is admitted that William H. Goodling
entered into a contract credit agreement with the Plaintiff, Mid-South
Building Supply, Inc. The balance of allegations in paragraph 4 are
denied. The attachment speaks for itself.
5. Denied. The attachment speaks for itself.

certain items to the Defendant. It is denied that the balance owing to
the Plaintiff is $14,293.98.

from the Defendant.
12. Denied. It is denied that Defendant owes Plaintiff's claim
totaling $14,293.98, plus interest and costs.
WHEREFORE, defendant demands judgment against Plaintiff together
