01/25/2012 04:53 PM- Michael Barrick, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on
January 25, 2012 at 1653 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the
defendant, to wit: Jesse Dile, by making known unto Jesse Dile, at 322 Walnut Dale Road, Shippensburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17257 its contents and at the same time handing to him personally the
said true and correct copy of the same. Upon serving the writ of execution, a levy was completed.
Postcard and copy of levy mailed to plaintiff and letter mailed to defendant on 01-26-12.

09/17/2012 06:00 PM - Deputy Stephen Bender, being duly sworn according to law, states service was performed by
posting a true copy of the requested Sheriffs Sale Bill, in the above titled action, upon the property
located at 322 Walnut Dale Road, Southampton Township, Shippensburg, PA 17257, Cumberland
County.
09/23/2012 Property sale scheduled for October 10, 2012 cancelled per request of plaintiff.
02/11/2014 Ronny R.Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ is returned
SATISFIED.
Defendants paid plaintiff directly.
