Pearl, Greeting: Whereas, the Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220 Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055, (hereinafter referred to as the "Authority"), on October 30, 2003 filed its Municipal Lien for Township Services and Sewer Rates in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, at No. 03-5683, Municipal Lien Docket 2003, for the sum of One Thousand Three Hundred Dollars and Thirty-Four Cents ($1,300.34), with interest in the amount of ten (10) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, for services and sewer rates against all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements located thereon, same being known and numbered as 814 Green Acres Street, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055, owned or reputed to be owned by you, said property being more fully described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or parcel of land, situate in the Township of Monroe, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a survey and plan thereof made by John C. Brilhart, Registered Surveyor, dated October i0, 1964, as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of a 20 foot wide private right of way known as Green Acres Street, which said point is distant 568 feet, more or less, measured South 75 degrees 30 minutes West along said northerly side of said right of way from its intersection with the westerly side of Longmeadow Street; thence along the northerly side of said right of way, South 75 degrees 30 minutes West, 160 feet to a stake in line of land formerly of George Wertz, now or formerly of Merle Wertz; thence along said land, North 09 degrees West, 180 feet to a corner of land now or late of Michael Panza; thence along said land, North 75 degrees 30 minutes East, 160 feet to a stake at a corner of land now or late of Carl A. Bruzga, husband and wife, by Deed dated December 14, 2001, and recorded December 18, 2001, in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office, in Deed Book 249, Page 3291, granted and conveyed unto Angela T. Pearl, owner. Tax Property Map Parcel Number: 22-24-0783-160 And whereas, We have been given to understand that said municipal claim is still due and unpaid, and remains a lien against the said property; NOW, you are hereby notified to file your affidavit of defense to said claim, if defense you have thereto, in the office of the Prothonotary of our said Court, within fifteen {15) days after service of this writ upon you. If no affidavit of defense be for the whole claim, sold to recover the Witness, the Honorable George E. our said court, filed within said time, judgment may be entered against you and the property described in the claim be amount thereof.
