Dear Register of Wills:
I do not represent the estate of R. Lamar Gilchrist, deceased.
I was retained merely for the filing of the Pennsylvania
Inheritance Tax Return, which was limited to the activities with
regard to the sale and settlement of the real estate known as
300 North 28th Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011. The tax return is
limited to this situation to enable the real estate to be
conveyed free and clear of any liens caused by the delinquent
Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax.
I would ask that the Department of Revenue confirm the payment
of the tax on the real estate is adequate to release the real
estate from the lien of any Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax.
Any questions as to anything other than the real estate and the
payment of the taxes in regard to the real estate, should be
