DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 20th day of January, 2012, after a hearing on the Petition for Citation to Show
Cause Why an Administrator Should Not be Appointed, or in the Alternative, Why Executrix Should
Not Be Removed, filed by Gregory E. Mann, and in consideration of the production of a document
dated, September 11, 1996, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that:
1. Upon the proper filing of a Petition for Probate and Grant of Letters by the three
named co-executors, Barry A. Mann, Gregory E. Mann and Holly L. Ritchey and;
2. Upon proper proof of the document by two subscribing witnesses, the document
dated September 11, 1996, shall be admitted to probate as the Last Will and
Testament of Helen Louise Mann, Deceased.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that if any of the named co-executors shall be unwilling to serve,
then a Renunciation executed by that person shall be necessary, and Letters shall issue to the remaining
co-executors who do wish to serve.
