The Decedent, who resided at 102 E. Main Street, Apt. 1, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055,
died on June 15, 2011. Written notice of said claim was sent to Joseph J. Neizer, Attorney
at R.R. 6, Box 147, Danville, PA 17821 on January 10, 2012.
