AND NOW, this 23`h day of January, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
of Gretchen L. Spitzer, the document dated August 23, 2011, and the Renunciation of Robert C. Spitzer,
the named Executor, the Register of Wills also considering that letters are granted based upon the
preferential Order as outlined in 20 Pa. C.S.A. 3155(b) with the residuary heirs, in this instance, being
the minor children of Decedent, has made an official determination and renders the following decision.
IT IS DECREED that:
1. The document dated August 23, 2011, is admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament
of Ian C. Spitzer.
2. Letters of Administration c.t.a. are hereby issued to Gretchen L. Spitzer as guardian of the
minor children.
Gretchen L. Spitzer shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
