expenses she paid for the care and treatment of her dau h y edical
g ter as a result of the injuries
incurred in the accident in this case.
(3) The net proceeds of $20,930.00 shall be placed in a federally insure
interest bearing investment in Legacy Bank, in the nam d
e of Madeline Delaye, born
August 26, 2003.
(4) The account shall contain the following notation: "NO WITHDRAyygL
BE MADE PRIOR TO MADELINE DELAYE, BORN AUG CAN
UST 26, 2003, OBTAINING
HER MAJORITY EXCEPT BY AN ORDER OF A COURT OF COMPETEN

JURISDICTION."
(5) Jennifer Delaye is authorized to sign any release necessary to effectua
settlement, and to then settle and satisfy the docket. to this
(6) Edwin A. D. Schwartz, Esquire, shall file with the Prothonotary, and fo
rward a
copy to this chambers, proof of compliance with this order.
