DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 20th day of January, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
filed by Kathleen M. Ginnick and Thomas Ginnick, by and through their attorney, Susan J. Hartman,
Esquire, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament,
which is dated April 1, 1986, and containing certain modifications thereon, the Register of Wills having
given consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those modifications and
renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument is admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of
H. Kenneth Hopkins, including the modifications to the words "previously made by me" in the first
paragraph and "with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a" in ITEM VI. It is clearly evident
that the modifications to the original document are to correct typographical and grammatical errors and
do not change the disposition of the decedent's assets nor the appointment of his executor.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Kathleen M.
Ginnick and Thomas Ginnick. Kathleen M. Ginnick and Thomas Ginnick shall have all the rights and
duties of fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this
